Our Stance

Emotional Support & Connection
During pregnancy and immediately following birth, emotional support and connection are critical to navigating such a profound life event. Everyone wants to hold the baby, but we need to hold the mothers, fathers/partners too. A new baby presents physical, emotional and mental health changes for the entire family unit. Preventative measures and interventions promote parent-infant bonding and overall wellness.

Reducing Risk for PMADs
When expecting and postnatal parents are properly served and supported we are able to potentially reduce or prevent anxiety, depression, PTSD and other perinatal mood disorders. With proper support and validation new parents are empowered to recover, embrace rest, and allow their physical and mental systems to repair.
Testimonials
“I have never struggled with mental health before and I never imagined I would feel alone and isolated when I’m quite literally never alone. Once I was able to connect with Brittany I felt like a weight was lifted.”
– Katie
I had a really scary birth & then when we got home I realized I had no idea what to expect physically, emotionally, for the baby….it was a whirlwind. I wish I talked to Brittany sooner. My anxiety has decreased so much!”
